I use 3m dual lock for a variety of purposes but my primary use is as pedalboard tape when making guitar pedalboards. Dual lock is also available in 3 or 4 different strengths which most people don t know. Dual lock is stronger but not readily available local home improvement or hardware stores anymore. The heavy duty velcro works fine for most applications and is much easier to work with if you change pedals frequently.

I mount the dual lock to the flipped over side and don t have to work around the rubber backing. I unscrew the base plate on mooer pedals and flip it over.
