Simple elegant and great way to get players to a higher floor in the dungeon. Finished and sometimes even polished smooth floors are found only in dungeons with capable and careful builders. The players must put the appropriate amount of weight one end of the scale so a party member can be lifted to the next level and drop down a rope for the rest. Light rubble increases the dc of acrobatics checks in the area by 2.
